Inside this durable exterior, you'll find a completely filled cavity of expanded polystyrene for maximum flotation.

Reduced Installation and Maintenance Costs

You'll have reduced maintenance cost using our dock floats. Our floats resist the adverse effects of oil, gas, diesel fuel and saltwater.

Docks built with these floats will be quieter and will have less rocking than those built with other methods. They are suitable for both fresh and salt water installations. And do not worry about leaking, as our seamless design eliminates the weakest point in many float designs. Air vents are molded directly into the float to prevent bloating in warmer temperatures. For added toughness, we use a nominal wall thickness of .130 inches.

Coon uses linear virgin polyethylene resin containing UV inhibitors and carbon black pigment to protect against ultra-violet deterioration on our floats.

We are so confident in our product that we offer a 12-year limited warranty. All of our floats have passed the Hunt Absorption Test and is designed to meet UE specifications.

Coon Floats are ozone friendly, marine animal safe, and made from environmentally friendly recyclable materials. The virgin material we use will not contaminate your waterways.

Coon Manufacturing Encapsulated Dock Floats are available in many different sizes providing buoyancy ratings from 340 to 3610 lbs. Our standard sizes range from as small as 12" by 2' by 3' to as large as 2' by 4' by 8' to accommodate any dock design you may have.
